We had Sakura delivered for dinner for the last 2 nights. We couldn't believe how great the food was. This is now our favorite restaurant in Lakeway! Chicken friend rice, chicken lo mein, bell pepper steak and the gyoza dumplings ... all the best I've ever had (my husband agrees) and it's something the kids will actually eat too!

I had uni with quail egg and the sashimi salad, and my husband had the unagi bento box - fresh, flavorful and plentiful - plus the egg drop soup was the best we have ever had. We live in LA and are used to great Japanese food - we were pleasantly surprised with Sakura and personally thanked the chefs - looking forward to going back. Also, our food server Amber was delightful.

Best Sushi in the burbs! Try the pepper tuna roll, soup dumplings and baby octopus if they have it. Their sashimi portions are always generous and all about their specials! Prices are comparable for other places in town, so it can be an expensive dinner for four.

The food is delicious, the happy hour menu is awesome but what really makes this place worth coming back for over and over is NANCY! She remembered me and what I liked after my first visit. She truly goes out of her way to make you feel special, I will definitely be back!!!

Sakura is just a gem in Lakeway. The food is really great, and the happy hour is just amazingly happening. There's lots of people that hit this place, but don't let the crowd hold you back. I bring friends, family, and colleagues here all of the time.
